What products do you use?
We use a variety of brands including (but not limited to) Redken, Kenra, Matix, Joico, AG and Rusk.
Can I book an appointment online?
As of right now we do not allow online booking. We know this can be inconvenient but it’s for a good reason! When you call us to book we are able to talk with you about exactly what you are looking for and this allows us to schedule you within the most appropriate timeframe. We would hate for you to book an appointment and then be disappointed if we can’t achieve what you are hoping for within the time slot you selected.
Is there parking outside the salon?
There is metered street parking up and down Broadway as well as a free lot and metered lot at the end of the street. Meters take quarters, nickels and dimes but you can also download the parking app Flowbird to pay.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. If you do not show up without cancelling you will be charged 100%. The cancellation fees can be waived in emergency situations.
Why do I need to give a credit card number when I book my appointment?
We ask for this because of our cancellation policy. Your information is kept in our system through Vagaro and is secure.
